TPS Faction Leaders Peer Mentoring Program.

This term, and for the remainder of the year, the year 5 and 6 Faction and Vice Faction Captains have started a peer mentoring program with our ECE students. This program will allow our student leaders the opportunity to run small group games, develop our ECE student's fundamental movement skills, and form positive relationships with the younger members of our school.

This program will also develop the leadership capabilities of our faction and vice faction captains. Skills such as organisation, confidence, communication, responsibility, teamwork and cooperation are large components of a successful peer mentoring program.

We are incredibly proud of our student leaders and their willingness to try new initiatives.
